Arrange tire, battery and oil replacements or other basic repairs. Each job has an agreed scope and cost before it joins the export plan.
Coordinate export logistics

Ask for separate lines for the vehicle, auction charges, inspection, repairs, Japan transport, export handling and freight. Destination duty, brokerage, cargo insurance, port fees and inland delivery belong in the agreed cost plan; they are not automatically bundled.

What does the sourcing service include?
We agree your vehicle specification, search Japanese auctions, discuss candidate sheets and purchase within an authorized bid ceiling. Your quote lists the inspection and export work included.
When is the independent inspection arranged?
The published purchase process includes an independent third-party inspection after purchase, with the fee disclosed in advance. Request any additional pre-bid checks when discussing the candidate.
How are service fees presented?
Request an itemized quote separating the vehicle, auction charges, inspection, repairs, inland transport, export handling and freight. The written scope identifies any destination services.
How long does the purchase-to-arrival service usually take?

Can you replace tires, a battery or oil in Japan?
Yes. Mirai offers tire, battery and oil replacements and other basic repairs. We agree the work and cost while preparing the vehicle for shipment.
Do you serve individual buyers as well as dealers?
Yes. Individual buyers can request a single-vehicle sourcing quote. Dealer accounts add a dedicated account manager, wholesale pricing and container-shipment planning.
Which Japan-side export tasks can Mirai coordinate?
We coordinate the agreed export paperwork, inland movement, vessel arrangements and shipment documents, with the port and shipping method identified in your quote.
Can Mirai introduce an existing U.S. import partner?
Yes. We work with importers in Hawaii, Maine, California and Texas. Ask which partner and services suit the destination in your purchase plan.
Does the service quote automatically include every U.S. charge?
No. Duty, brokerage, port charges, insurance, inland delivery and registration need to be identified in the quote or arranged with your U.S. providers.
